Public Works is diligently working to pick up leaves. The route map shows the direction of travel. DPW starts in section 1 and works to section 5. When the DPW gets through all sections they start back at 1.
Please place leaves in the street and as close to the curb as possible. Try to keep items such as sticks, rocks, woodchips, and yard waste out of the leaf pile as some of these items may damage the Leaf Vac and cause timely delays.
With Leaf season in full swing and slowing to a crawl, the Village has opened the dump site to the public. If you choose to do so, you have the option to bring your leaves to the dump site to avoid having them lay in the curb for an extended time. The location (See Map) is North out of the Village on HWY 32, right on Meadowlark. Please place your leaves as close to the pile as possible. This site is for LEAVES ONLY. Yard waste dumpsters are still available at the DPW garage until the snow starts.
Curbside brush pickup has ended and will not resume until April of 2025. If you have branches near the curb, please remove them or dispose of them.
