Our Community Center is a great facility for gatherings both large and small. It can accommodate up to 110 people. It is set up with 8 round tables (5 feet diameter, seating 6 to 8 people each) and 3 rectangular tables (6 by 2.5 feet, seating 6 people each). There is also 1 extra banquet table for serving food, gifts, or other displays. Extra chairs and up to 2 additional round tables and 3 additional rectangle tables are also available. The room size is approximately 55 by 28 feet.

The facility includes a full kitchen, with stove, refrigerator, microwave, and two sinks for your convenience. Appliances may be used for warming food items, but we ask that no cooking be done on-site.

The rental fee is $150 for residents and $200 for non-residents, which includes a $65.00 refundable security deposit.

RENTALS ARE SINGLE DAY USE, IF YOU WISH TO SET-UP THE DAY BEFORE OR CLEAN-UP THE DAY AFTER, YOU MUST RENT THE ADDITIONAL DAY(S). THIS APPLIES TO THE RENTAL OF ALL VILLAGE FACILITIES.
